EPIC SANA LISBOA HOTEL

Lisbon, Portugal

The five star, EPIC SANA Lisbon Hotel, located in Lisbon, integrates in the room entrance, public areas and corridors, the portaro® (door +frame+ironmongery) solution and Vicaima panels . For this magnificent hotel, with 311 rooms, SPA, leisure and business areas, several Vicaima technical and framing solutions were selected, like 30 minute fire doors with acoustic isolation up to 41DB, FD30, FD30 Inverse (faced with the panels) doors, and Fire doors 60 minutes. The walnut, real wood veneer, was the selected finish creating a link completed with the decoration of interiors, giving him a sophisticated and luxurious face.

The new Essenza Condominium, one of Oporto’s recent luxury buildings, is an author’s project combining a privileged location with modern and contemporary architecture. Vicaima fully contributed to the creation of sophisticated apartments, where security perfectly blends with the striking architectural features of this development.

Estoril Sol Residence

Lisbon, Portugal

Bold and luxurious residential development projected by the Office of the Architect Gonçalo Byrne. The aesthetics is minimalist and adopted white as the prevailing colour, inverse type, sliding and folding doors. The faced integration of these elements in the walls conferred the space, the perception of continuous and spacious plans.

The EXMO. Hotel is set in a completely renovated 14th century heritage building. Overlooking the Douro River, in Oporto, this 4-star hotel project, designed by the Atelier Floret Arquitectura, has a welcoming and elegant charm where the décor, colour and moderate atmosphere are complemented by Vicaima technical solutions, which  include fire doors and acoustic doors.

Matosinhos, Portugal

Right by the seafront, one of the most recent hotel projects hosted by the city of Matosinhos, is the Four Points by Sheraton, under the prestigious brand of the Marriott chain. Be it for business or leisure, the hotel to which Vicaima contributed with its innovative solutions was idealised for the optimal combination with the remaining urban skyline, yet with an equally subtle touch of the light tones of the seaside area.

Hadden Homes

Chosen by select Scottish residential developer, Hadden Homes; for an attractive collection of 3 and 4 bedroomed houses at Glenluie Green in the rural village of Meigle, Perthshire.  All rooms throughout the properties have been fitted with Vicaima veneered doors from the Naturdor® Range.  Supplied with ‘A’ Grade Crown Cut North American Oak and face finished in a satin lacquer, their high-quality figured grain gives a luxury feel.  In addition, Hadden Homes selected a ‘finishing touch’, with the inclusion of face grooving in the form of four horizontal lines with a contrasting darker stain, to create a contemporary 5 panel design.
